By using the Service, the user confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If the user does not agree with any of the provisions below, they must discontinue the use of the Service.

Some elements of the experience may be generated or adapted using artificial intelligence (AI). The Service is not intended to provide psychological, therapeutic, medical, or professional advice.

The Service is intended for individuals aged 16 and older. Users under 16 may access the Service only with the consent of a parent or legal guardian.

3. Coaching and Reflective Nature (Not Therapy)

The content provided through Eliryn World:

• is not psychological, psychotherapeutic, psychiatric, or medical advice,
• is not designed to diagnose, treat, or assess emotional or mental health conditions,
• does not replace professional mental health services,
• does not guarantee emotional, behavioral, or personal improvement.

The games and exercises may encourage reflection on emotions, values, or personal states. Any insights are subjective and depend entirely on the user's individual interpretation. Users experiencing emotional distress, crisis, or mental health concerns are encouraged to seek help from qualified professionals.

4. Use of Artificial Intelligence

Some questions, prompts, and outputs within the Service may be generated or adapted automatically by AI systems.

The user understands and agrees that:

• AI does not perform psychological analysis or personality assessment,
• AI outputs may be incomplete, imprecise, subjective, or contextually limited,
• all decisions and interpretations based on AI-generated content are solely the user's responsibility.

AI-generated content is not professional guidance.

The Service may incorporate widely known and publicly accessible coaching methods (such as GROW, WOOP, etc.), which are not subject to exclusive intellectual property rights.

The following elements created by the author of Eliryn World are protected as intellectual property:

• original game scenarios,
• stage structures and progression,
• text formulations,
• unique narrative and question sequences,
• design of interactive mechanics,
• overall content created specifically for the Service.

Content generated by AI as part of gameplay is not considered authored content and is not protected by copyright.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided “as is.”

The authors of Eliryn World are not liable for:

• how users interpret or apply the content,
• emotional reactions during or after gameplay,
• decisions made based on reflective prompts or AI outputs,
• technical issues, interruptions, delays, errors, or data loss,
• inaccuracies or limitations of AI-generated content,
• unavailability of the Service or third-party platforms.

All personal insights, interpretations, or conclusions are the sole responsibility of the user.

8. Availability and Technical Interruptions

Access to the Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:

• server or hosting issues,
• third-party outages (AI providers, Telegram, etc.),
• network instability or unforeseen technical problems.

Continuous, error-free operation is not guaranteed.

At this stage, payments on the Eliryn World website are not processed. Payments related to project offerings through the Telegram bot may be processed via third-party payment providers. Eliryn World does not receive, store, or handle users’ payment details.
